Orders are processed Monday - Friday. All orders for in-stock merchandise will be shipped within 48 business hours after you submit your order. Delivery time will depend upon product availability and selected shipping method. We do not ship to PO boxes.
How much is shipping and handling for my order?
Shipping and handling charges are calculated based upon your order total. Your shipping charges will be indicated when you order is placed.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we are not shipping internationally.
If my product is on backorder when will I receive?
The store is occasionally out-of stock on popular items. It may take between 1-4 weeks for a product on backorder to be shipped to you. Upon shipment you will receive an email notification.
Returns will only be accepted for damaged or incorrect items received and reported to #WIL within 3 days of receipt. Returns cannot be made in exchange for another type of item. Report damaged items to: email@example.com
Shipping charges are only refunded if we've sent the wrong item or defective items.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes! If your item doesn't fit as expected, we'll be happy to exchange for a different size. Unwashed and unworn merchandise may be exchanged within 3 days from the date of purchase.
For return, the credit card used to place order will be charged. We do not accept COD deliveries.
